By accessing or using the Routely platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use of Service
Routely provides a carrier allocation and cost optimization engine. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform strictly in accordance with these terms for your business operations.
- You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer the allocation logic or algorithms.
- You may not use automated scripts to access the platform without prior written consent.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and carrier configuration.
4. Account Terms
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Routely and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Routely.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Routely, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
